All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria. In-stock items typically ship within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

US: All duties and taxes are prepaid. The price at checkout is final. No charges on delivery.

Rest of world: Orders may incur import taxes or duties on delivery. These are payable to the carrier.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact contact@blank-co.store within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

We offer size exchanges for the same product, provided the requested size is in stock. Exchanges must be pre-approved via email before returning your item. All exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery and must include a copy of the original invoice. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning and resending the exchanged item. Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 3 business days for your exchange to be processed.

Exchanges are limited to one per item. Items that are returned worn, damaged, or missing original tags or packaging will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer.

In the unlikely event something arrives damaged or faulty, we'll take care of it. Contact us at contact@blank-co.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
