Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

 

Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for the same product only, provided the requested size is in stock.

All exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and must be pre-approved via email before sending anything back.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery

  • A copy of your original invoice must be included in the return package

Exchanges are limited to one per item. Additional exchanges or store credits will not be offered.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and resending the replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 3 business days for your exchange to be processed.

To request a size exchange, please email us at contact@blank-co.store with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for. We will confirm availability and provide return instructions.

Returns or exchanges sent without prior email approval will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

Fit is subjective and can vary based on personal preference. We encourage customers to refer to our detailed size chart and product descriptions before purchasing. If you’re unsure, reach out to us before ordering — we’re happy to help.

 

Refunds & Damaged Items

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Refunds will only be issued if an item arrives damaged or faulty. In such cases, please email us at contact@blank-co.store within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a full refund once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Return shipping timelines and courier delays are out of our control. We recommend using a tracked service.

 

Ineligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item is returned worn, washed, altered, or damaged

  • The original tags or packaging are missing

  • The return is initiated after 14 days from the delivery date

  • The item was purchased on sale or at a discount (see below)

Ineligible returns will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.

A restocking fee may apply to select returns to cover handling and processing time.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked as sale or purchased using a discount code are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return, unless faulty.

 

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Please contact us at contact@blank-co.store to begin this process.
