All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria. In-stock items typically ship within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders that contain a combination of pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact contact@blank-co.store within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

Lost or missing parcels:
BLANK CO. is not liable for packages lost by shipping carriers. If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist where possible but cannot offer replacements or accept chargebacks for lost shipments.

We offer size exchanges for the same product only, provided the requested size is in stock. Exchanges must be pre-approved via email before returning your item. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery and must include a copy of the original invoice.

We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. In such cases, please contact us at contact@blank-co.store within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Items that are returned worn, damaged, or missing original tags or packaging will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Exchanges are limited to one per item — further exchanges or store credits will not be offered. All exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning and resending the exchanged item. Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 3 business days for your exchange to be processed.
